Key Responsibilities Resource Allocation: Assign available employees to projects based on skill sets, experience, and availability. Database Maintenance: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of employee skills, roles, and project allocations. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, department heads, and recruitment teams to align talent with project requirements. Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on utilization, bench strength (unassigned staff), and staffing forecasts. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
