This role is focused on hotel marketing, occupancy growth, digital campaigns, and F&B promotion across multiple properties. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue across hotel properties Manage and optimize OTA platforms (, etc.), including room listings, pricing, and visibility Drive brand awareness and lead generation for MIROS hotels and its properties. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations Work closely with on-ground teams to promote F&B outlets and restaurant experiences Travel to properties to understand customer experience and align marketing strategies accordingly Build positioning for standalone restaurant destinations ( targeting both weekday and weekend crowd) Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and occupancy growth Key Requirements 10+ years of experience in hospitality marketing (Hotels/F&B) Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels (OTAs like ) Experience in digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and brand building Prior experience in driving occupancy and revenue for hotels Willingness to travel and work closely with property teams MBA (preferred) with specialization in Marketing / Hospitality or master’s in hospitality management from Tier 1 College Candidates with hotelier background preferred
