Role Description – BIM Lead We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive BIM Lead with extensive exposure to U.S.-based projects, particularly in industrial, mission-critical (data centers), and electrical systems. This leadership role requires an individual who can oversee the full BIM lifecycle, drive coordination strategies, and mentor a team of BIM engineers while ensuring high-quality project delivery. This is a full-time remote position. The BIM Lead will be responsible for managing BIM execution across multiple projects, establishing standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration among global stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading BIM model development, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, architectural, and structural), and ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and industry standards. The role also involves driving innovation, improving workflows, and supporting digital construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage BIM delivery across multiple projects (LOD 300–500) Oversee creation and coordination of complex MEP and electrical BIM models Drive clash detection, coordination strategies, and issue resolution using Navisworks or similar tools Review and approve shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built models Ensure adherence to U.S. codes, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and global stakeholders Mentor and guide BIM engineers, ensuring quality and consistency Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation Lead coordination meetings and act as the primary BIM point of contact Required Qualifications 6–10+ years of BIM experience with strong exposure to U.S. projects (mandatory) Proven experience in a leadership or coordination role within BIM teams Advanced proficiency in: Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD Strong experience in: Industrial projects Mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers) Electrical systems modeling Ability to manage end-to-end BIM workflows and team delivery Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination processes Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Familiarity with Dynamo or BIM automation tools Experience working in global or distributed project environments Background in managing BIM teams or leading coordination efforts What We Offer Contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion Opportunity to lead high-impact U.S.-based projects Collaborative, technology-driven work environment Career growth in mission-critical and advanced BIM delivery Leadership exposure and opportunity to shape BIM practices
