We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a strong Backend Engineer (3–5 years) who enjoys building systems from first principles — APIs, rules engines, data pipelines, and audit-ready workflows. This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founding team , with the opportunity to build production-grade enterprise systems from 0 to scale.
