About the Role We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellors who have prior exposure to higher education institutions, universities, or management institutes . The role demands strong expertise in handling student enquiries, providing career counselling, and driving conversions for MBA/PGDM programs. This position is best suited for candidates who understand the education ecosystem, admission cycles, and student decision-making behavior , especially in management education. Core Responsibilities 1. Lead Handling & Conversion Manage and respond to leads generated through digital campaigns, admission portals, walk-ins, consultants, and events Qualify leads based on eligibility, interest level, and program fit Drive end-to-end admission lifecycle: enquiry → counselling → application → enrollment 2. Student & Parent Counselling Provide detailed counselling on MBA/PGDM programs including: Specializations Career outcomes and placement opportunities Fee structure, ROI, and financing options Handle queries and objections from students and parents effectively Build trust and influence decision-making through structured counselling 3. Conversion Strategy Execution Implement systematic follow-up strategies via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings Maintain high conversion ratios by consistent engagement and relationship building Meet and exceed defined monthly and seasonal admission targets 4. Institutional Representation Represent the institution during: Admission events Education fairs Campus visits and counselling sessions Deliver presentations and one-on-one counselling with professionalism 6.
