Job Title: Sales Advisor – Night Shift (US Process) | Dehradun IT Park | Mon–Fri | Cab Facility Location: Dehradun IT Park Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift: Night Shift Transport: Cab facility available Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to engage with potential candidates, guide them through career opportunities, and help them enroll in suitable training programs. The role involves handling inbound leads, conducting outbound calls, and managing end-to-end lead nurturing while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Calling Connect with leads generated via LinkedIn and internal campaigns, conduct outbound calls to follow up with registered candidates, and handle inbound inquiries along with scheduled one-on-one consultation calls. You will be responsible for maintaining call logs, capturing notes, updating outcomes in the CRM, and ensuring timely follow-ups with a structured approach, typically within a 2–3 day cycle and multiple attempts to maximize engagement. Lead Qualification & Counseling Review candidate profiles and resumes to understand their background, skills, and career goals, and accordingly recommend relevant training programs or courses. Provide clear and practical guidance on career paths and available job opportunities, helping candidates make informed decisions that align with their long-term goals. Webinar Coordination & Conversion Invite candidates to attend live webinars conducted via Zoho Meeting, ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize attendance, and engage with candidates after the session to drive conversions. You will also support the transition toward on-demand recorded webinars as part of future enhancements, ensuring candidates remain engaged and supported throughout. Lead Management & CRM Updates Update lead stages and statuses in the CRM using a structured pipeline-based approach, ensuring every interaction is properly recorded. Use tagging effectively to categorize leads such as Interested, Not Now, Future Batch, and Marketing Pool, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records to support better tracking and future engagement strategies. Communication & Follow-ups Handle communication through emails, WhatsApp, and SMS by sending timely notifications, webinar links, and course-related information. Share brochures and relevant materials, execute structured follow-up sequences for non-responsive leads, and ensure consistent engagement until closure, maintaining a professional and helpful communication style throughout. Enrollment & Documentation Assist candidates through the enrollment process by guiding them on next steps, sharing agreements, and supporting them with the e-sign process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and proper documentation handling. Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills are essential, along with the ability to handle US clients in a night shift environment. You should have a basic understanding of sales or counseling, be comfortable with calling and follow-ups, and ideally have experience working with CRM or sales tools. The ability to manage multiple leads efficiently while maintaining quality interactions is important. Qualification Graduate in any stream, with prior experience in sales, counseling, or Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry. Compensation The position offers a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives tied to conversions and overall performance.
