Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and guiding them in selecting the right furniture to meet their needs. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, presenting product features and benefits, maintaining an inviting showroom environment, and collaborating with the sales team to drive overall success. The role also involves understanding customer preferences, providing after-sales support, and staying updated with market trends to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach Sales expertise, persuasion, and negotiation skills Familiarity with furniture products and an eye for design and aesthetics Proficiency in managing records, processing sales, and using point-of-sale systems Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer needs Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours as business requires
