ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a driven and articulate Contractual Cold Caller to join our team and work on live US-based campaigns. This is a fully remote, Work from Home (WFH) opportunity ideal for candidates with prior international calling experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES › Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the United States during US business hours › Introduce and pitch products/services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers › Qualify leads by asking the right discovery questions and identifying prospect needs › Handle objections confidently and professionally to keep conversations productive › Maintain accurate call logs, lead notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM › Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and KPIs › Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies › Provide daily performance updates and end-of-shift reports to the supervisor REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS › Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of proven cold calling or outbound sales experience (US campaigns preferred) › Exceptional verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and professional › Neutral or American-neutral accent strongly preferred for seamless US prospect interaction › Strong active listening skills and ability to adapt tone based on the prospect's response › Demonstrated ability to handle rejections calmly and maintain a positive attitude › Familiarity with CRM tools, auto-dialers, or VoIP calling platforms › Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently from home › Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a functional headset › Availability to work Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST without fail WHAT WE OFFER › ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month In-Hand (paid contractually) › 100% Work from Home zero commute, zero office hassle › 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) enjoy long weekends every week › Performance-based incentives for top performers › Supportive team environment with dedicated campaign training and script resources › Opportunity to convert to a long-term role based on performance and campaign growth
