You use systems (lists, calendars, trackers) to stay on top of everything. Written Communication - Your emails are clear, professional, and typo-free. You can draft correspondence that represents the COO's voice accurately. Proactive Follow-Through - You do not wait to be reminded. If something is pending, you chase it. If a deadline is approaching, you flag it early. Nothing drops. Tool Comfort - You are proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), calendar management tools, and spreadsheets. You can learn new tools quickly. Professional Demeanor - You represent the COO's office. You are polished, composed, and appropriate in all interactions -- with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
