Role Description We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead design thinking, not just execution. You’ll be responsible for owning end-to-end design, from understanding business problems to delivering polished, high-conversion interfaces. This role requires taste, speed, and strategic thinking . You won’t just design screens you’ll shape how products and websites feel and perform. Key Responsibilites Lead end-to-end design for websites, landing pages, and digital products Translate business goals into clear user journeys, flows, and experiences Create wireframes → high-fidelity UI → design systems in Figma Drive conversion-focused design decisions (especially for landing pages) Collaborate closely with founders, developers, and marketers Ensure pixel-perfect execution with Webflow/frontend teams Conduct UX audits, competitor research, and usability improvements Mentor junior designers and raise overall design quality Build scalable design systems and reusable components Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing web + product design work Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, systems) Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy ) Ability to think in terms of business impact, not just visuals Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments Strong Advantage Have worked on high-converting landing pages / growth design Understand Webflow or frontend constraints Have experience in SaaS, AI, or creator-focused products Can present and justify design decisions to clients/founders Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows What We're Looking For High taste level (clean, modern, minimal design sensibility) Strong ownership mindset (you lead, not wait for instructions) Ability to balance speed with quality Clear communicator with structured thinking Someone who cares about outcomes, not just output What You'll Get Work directly with founders and high-growth companies Ownership of impactful, visible projects Fast career growth in a design-first environment Exposure to branding, product, and growth strategy Freedom to experiment and push creative boundaries
