Role: Artist Manager – Live101 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Artist Manager to handle end-to-end artist relations, bookings, and growth. This role focuses on managing talent careers, driving monetization, and building strong industry connections across live events and brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end artist representation , including bookings, scheduling, and coordination Drive revenue through live shows, brand deals, endorsements, and collaborations Build and maintain relationships with brands, promoters, venues, and partners Negotiate contracts, commercials, and performance agreements Develop and execute career growth strategies for artists Coordinate with marketing, PR, and content teams to enhance visibility Identify new opportunities across events, tours, and digital platforms Lead commercial strategy for events, tours, brand deals, and IPs Must-Have Skills Experience in artist management, talent management, or live events Strong network within the music or events industry Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills Strong communication and relationship management Understanding of artist branding and monetization models Ability to manage multiple artists and fast-paced schedules Requirements 4–8 years of experience in artist/talent management or live events Experience handling artist bookings, contracts, and partnerships Highly organized with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
