About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager in the US Staffing space with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue generation. This role is ideal for professionals who come with an existing client base or strong network across Tier-1 clients and MSP programs and can independently build business from scratch. Note: This is a pure hunting role — no existing accounts will be assigned. Candidates are expected to bring and build their own client relationships. Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition by onboarding Tier-1 clients and MSP programs Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate immediate revenue Build and manage client relationships from the ground up Identify new opportunities across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains Own the complete client lifecycle: onboarding, requirement understanding, delivery alignment, and growth Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery Qualifications Bachelors Degree Required Skills 5 to 10 years of experience in US Staffing (Business Development / Account Management) Strong experience with Tier-1 clients and MSP programs (both mandatory) Active client base / proven ability to bring in clients is a must Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and revenue generation Experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering hiring Strong understanding of VMS/MSP models and US staffing processes Preferred Skills Strong hunter mindset with a consistent track record of closing new business Ability to generate revenue independently without existing company support Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills High ownership, accountability, and result-driven approach
