Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Deployment SME to support deployment and testing activities across manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business, IT, and factory operations while ensuring smooth ERP implementation and alignment with global standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support S/4HANA deployment and testing Act as a liaison between global Make process, factory, IT, and business teams Support legacy factory transitions into S/4HANA environments Ensure alignment with corporate quality and financial standards Coordinate and communicate project updates to stakeholders Travel to US manufacturing facilities as required Mandatory Skills (Recent Project Experience Required) SAP S/4HANA PPDS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) qTest (Test Management Tool) JIRA (Issue & Project Tracking) Additional Requirements Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC Experience working in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field Preferred Hands-on experience in manufacturing deployment projects Strong understanding of end-to-end Make processes Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global teams
