Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Tax Operations Team. The ideal candidate will oversee client interactions, ensure compliance, conduct tax research, and provide advisory services. Roles and Responsibilities: Process Tax Returns and Extensions for distribution to clients and various governmental agencies using the Firm’s tax software (CCH Axcess). Typing appropriate correspondence and instructions to client. Deliver Tax Returns and Extensions to clients via electronic methods (i.e. SafeSend, GoFileRoom portal). Review financial statements for compliance with firm formatting standards. Share and collaborate effectively with others. Prepare financial statement drafts as needed. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements. Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance. Financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. Keep up to date with technical developments for business area. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form. Save all returns documents and forms to the firm’s document managing system (GFR) routing workflows when appropriate Finalize and send arrangement letters electronically to the clients Process and Finalize monthly billings and retainers and send invoices electronically to clients.
