Let’s create a splash by finding the most impactful placements together. ✅ Your Core Responsibilities Full-Spectrum Media Planning: Design and execute high-impact campaigns across a massive variety of digital environments such as: Quick Commerce & Retail: Swiggy, Zomato, BlinkIt, Zepto, Amazon, PayTM. Community & Utility: MyGate, NoBrokerHood, IRCTC, M-Indicator, TrueCaller. Content & Audio: Spotify, JioSaavn, DailyHunt, InShorts, Sharechat. Gaming & Lifestyle: Rooter, Pokkt, BookMyShow. OTT Dominance: Lead placements on premier streaming services including JioHotstar, Zee5, SonyLiv, Amazon MX Player, SunNXT, Aha, and JioTV . Brief-to-Splash: Take a raw client brief and transform it into a strong strategy that prioritizes impact over “standard” metrics. Continuous Optimization: Monitor and execute campaigns, ensuring the best outcome for the client. Negotiation & Partnerships: negotiate with media and ad networks to secure premium inventory at the most competitive rates. Who You Are The Agency Expert: 2–4 years of experience navigating the complex world of digital media buying. A Master of Time: Agency life moves fast. You have impeccable time management skills and can manage multiple campaign launches with strong attention to detail. A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a tutorial. You proactively learn and seek out new platforms and formats. Strong Communicator: You can explain the “why” behind a media plan with authority, making complex data sound intuitive and exciting to clients. Team Player: You collaborate with our creative team to ensure the ad creative is optimized for the specific platform (e.g., knowing what works on a 6-second bumper vs. a static banner).
