Perform initial consultations and take a detailed medical history Monitor patient’s progress post OT procedures as per protocols Assist in scan room procedures Preparing Discharge Summaries Maintain accurate and clear medical records Update patient records in ARTis Counsel patients on their fertility options, provide ongoing care & emotional support Conduct Financial counselling in absence of Counsellor or during busy OP days at Centre for SA (Semen Analysis), DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) etc Assist & accompany during the Out-Reach Camps (ORC’s) Adhere to protocols given by Clinical Head / Consultant. Collaborate with all the departments to provide comprehensive care to patients Assist the Clinical Head Ensure patient safety, confidentiality at all times. Assist on Sundays for In-house camps. (Compensatory off will be generated which can be taken later) Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in fertility treatment Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
