We currently operate premium resorts in Uttarakhand and Goa, along with established restaurants in Delhi and Goa, have several exciting projects in the pipeline.At present, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take charge of our restaurant Uma by the Sea in Goa.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to grow our Events and Catering business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed events, and building strong relationships with clients and event planners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a passion for events and hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, visits, referrals, online inquiries, and networking Handle incoming client inquiries and understand event requirements Pitch catering and event service offerings to prospective clients Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals Convert leads into confirmed events and meet sales targets Coordinate and communicate with event planners, vendors, and internal teams Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Attend client meetings, site visits, and event-related discussions Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactionsRequired Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales (events, catering, hospitality, or services preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with clients and event planners Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals Comfortable with phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace Willingness to work flexible hours when required (events may be on weekends)Preferred Qualifications Experience in events, catering, hospitality, or the wedding industry Existing network of event planners or corporate clients Knowledge of local event venues and market trendsWhat We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing events and catering business Exposure to premium events, weddings, and corporate functions Supportive team and growth opportunities
