About the Role GrowthJockey is partnering with Health Plus Hospital and Research Centre, Bokaro, to launch the HealthPlus VIP Patient HealthCard Programme – a premium healthcare programme offering exclusive benefits to patients across the region. We are building a specialised network, and need Territory Sales Officers to drive on-ground execution across assigned territories. This is a field-intensive role focused on Distribution Management, Sales Achievement, and Market Coverage. Key Responsibilities 1. Distribution Management Identify, recruit, and onboard Distributors and Dealers in the assigned territory Build and activate a robust distribution network to ensure wide market reach Manage distributor relationships and ensure adequate stock availability across all touchpoints Train distribution partners on product positioning, pricing structure, and sales processes Coordinate technical onboarding with the platform team for system access and digital tools 2. Sales Achievement Drive sales of HealthPlus VIP cards through the distribution network Achieve monthly sales targets for card activations across Silver and Gold tiers Monitor daily sales performance, card activation rates, and revenue metrics Implement sales strategies and promotional schemes to accelerate market penetration Support dealers in executing consumer-facing sales campaigns and awareness drives 3. Market Visit & Intelligence Conduct daily market visits across distributors, dealers, and key customer touchpoints Track competitive activity, market sentiment, and on-ground sales narratives Gather real-time feedback from the distribution chain and end consumers Report market insights, territory performance, and operational challenges Ensure visibility and availability of HealthPlus VIP cards across all active outlets Required Qualifications Must-Have: Fluent communication skills in Hindi (English is a bonus) Local knowledge of Bokaro and the surrounding areas Technically sound – comfortable with mobile apps and basic communication tools (WhatsApp, Email) Own vehicle (two-wheeler minimum) for extensive field travel Travel within the region daily Preferred: Prior experience in sales and field operations Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets Familiarity with distributor/dealer management and channel operations Compensation & Incentives Total Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 Fixed Component: 70% Variable Component: 30% – linked to sales targets and market coverage Performance Bonus: Additional incentive over and above salary for exceeding targets What We‘re Looking For Self-motivated individuals with a strong sales drive Good interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build and manage distributor/dealer relationships Daily on-field travel and market visits Responsible mindset with ownership and accountability for territory performance
