Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Senior Architect located in Puducherry. The BIM Senior Architect will oversee architectural design processes and ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities include utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for project development, managing design integrations, leading project management efforts, and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Design and expertise in design principles and practices Experience with BIM software and Software Development for architectural and engineering integration Strong skills in Project Management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage and integrate complex design projects with attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Familiarity with sustainable design practices and innovative architectural solutions is an advantage
