Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, outbound calls, emails, and online platforms Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to achieve admission targets Guide students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in CRM systems Build & Maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for lead generation Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission operations Achieve monthly and annual admission targets assigned by the management Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout the admission cycle Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong counseling and sales ability Target-oriented and result-driven approach Basic computer and CRM knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
