Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef with knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting in meal preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation and cooking of meals across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.) Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per standards Assist in basic menu preparation and food plating Handle kitchen prep work including cutting, marination, and ingredient preparation Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management Follow instructions and recipes accurately Ensure proper storage of food items to avoid wastage Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Commis / Junior Chef Basic knowledge of Indian & International cuisines Understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours Good teamwork and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering setups Key Skills Basic multi-cuisine cooking skills Food preparation & presentation Time management Attention to detail Team collaboration Share your profile at
