Lead Delivery ManagerExperience: 8–12 YearsWorking Hours: Overlap with US & UK time zonesAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution, clientpartnership, and growth. This is a delivery-first leadership role where you’ll own outcomesacross multiple client engagements while shaping long-term relationships and expandingaccounts. You won’t just ensure projects are delivered—you’ll own client success, drive teamperformance, and influence revenue growth.What You’ll Own1. End-to-End Delivery ExcellenceOwn 4–5 concurrent client engagements, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliveryDrive execution across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable delivery2. Client Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for US/UK stakeholdersBuild trusted advisor relationships with client leadershipOwn communication, expectations, and escalation managementDefine and managed SLAs/KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and client satisfaction3. Team Leadership & ScaleLead and manage a team of 30–40 engineers and delivery professionals.Drive utilization, performance, and career development.Partner with hiring teams to build and scale high-performing squads.4. Account Growth & Commercial OwnershipIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsContribute to revenue growth and account expansion strategyEnsure accurate invoicing and alignment with contractual milestones5. Technical OversightProvide architectural level guidance (non-coding, review-driven role)Ensure technical quality, scalability, and alignment with client needsPartner closely with engineering leads on key technical decisionsWhat Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)Projects consistently delivered on time with high client satisfactionStrong client trust, leading to repeat business or expanded scopeHigh team utilization and engagement with low delivery frictionTangible revenue growth within existing accountsWhat We’re Looking For8–12 years of experience in IT services / delivery managementProven track record managing multiple projects and large teamsStrong client-facing experience with global stakeholders (US/UK preferred)Solid understanding of SDLC and engineering delivery modelsExperience in resource planning, team scaling, and performance managementExposure to account growth, revenue ownership, or pre-sales support is a strong plusKey Strengths for This RoleYou are ownership-driven and comfortable being accountable for outcomesYou can balance delivery rigor with client empathyYou’re commercially aware and can spot growth opportunities naturallyYou bring structure to ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments
