We need a Technical Support Engineer II who views every ticket as an opportunity to automate. You will be a key architect in building a smarter, scalable support ecosystem.Coming from a product-based background, you’ll bridge the gap between TechOps, Engineering, and Product. Your mission? Move away from manual fixes and lead the charge into AI-driven workflows, chatbot-integrated support, and automated documentation.Key Responsibilities1. Deep-Dive TroubleshootingOwn and Resolve: Master complex backend systems, APIs, and data flows to squash bugs at the source.Root Cause Mastery: Don't just patch—solve. Perform deep RCA to ensure long-term system stability.Collaborate: Partner with Engineering for high-level escalations while maintaining flawless tracking in Jira.2. AI and Automation (The Future of Support)Chatbot Integration: Contribute to and refine embedded AI support systems within the Joveo product.Workflow Design: Build and optimize checklist-driven troubleshooting paths.Smart Automation: Lead the automation of ticket classification and resolution, structuring content for AI consumption.3.
