Role Overview The HOD will lead the BBA (Global Business) and BBA (Accountancy, Taxation & Auditing) programs, ensuring academic excellence, curriculum innovation, and strong student outcomes. The role requires a strategic leader who can build a global mindset among students while strengthening domain expertise in finance, taxation, and auditing. Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership & Curriculum Development Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of both programs Ensure a multidisciplinary curriculum covering global business dynamics, macroeconomic concepts, and geopolitical factors Align curriculum with industry standards and professional pathways (e.g., CA) Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and industry exposure Faculty Management & Development Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty to maintain high teaching standards Encourage research, industry collaboration, and continuous faculty development Build a collaborative and performance-driven academic environment Student Development & Outcomes Develop students’ analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Foster a global mindset and strong understanding of international business Strengthen skills in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial analysis.
