Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager Fellowship --> Manager Fellowship Location: Position is based out at Jamtara & Khunti (Jharkhand) and Kandhmal and Deogarh (Odisha) Purpose of the Role: To support the effective execution of the fellowship program by coordinating learning activities, tracking fellow progress, managing operational and logistical tasks, and assisting in addressing fellow support and grievance needs to ensure a seamless program experience. Key Deliverables: • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and materials for training sessions, workshops, and boot camps. • Assist in updating and organizing curriculum content and learning resources. • Assist in weekly sessions by preparing agendas, documenting insights, updating fellow progress dashboards, and flagging early performance or support needs to the Program Manager. • Manage program data by collecting, and organizing information, preparing draft reports and dashboards for leadership, and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date fellow databases at all times. • Act as the first point of contact for fellows’ routine queries, escalate complex cases with proper documentation, and track all grievances, follow‑ups, and closure status. • Coordinate with Manager Fellowship and Program team for alignment of program deliverables • Assist in developing a cluster level mentoring group within the program team to facilitate effective coordination and strengthen the domain competencies among fellows. • Support fellowship recruitment through outreach, screening, and interview scheduling; coordinate all onboarding logistics; and maintain alumni records while assisting in engagement activities. • Manage communication with fellows, partners, and internal teams; coordinate calendars, meetings, and documentation; and support publications by compiling required data and content inputs. • The role entails extensive travel and extended stays in rural areas where Fellows are deployed. • Each position is to mentor 70 fellows in their respective allocated districts. Minimum Qualification: Graduation Minimum Work experience in years: 1-08 Years of relevant experience.
