- Role Summary: Responsible for managing Premium/ HNI existing customers of the bank as well as growing the base by acquiring new to bank customers. The Relationship Manager is supposed to service all banking needs of mapped clients Overall Job Description: - Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth (Banking products, LI, GI, MF, broking) - Acquire new premium customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell. - Work on the centrally assigned campaign leads to generate new clients and cross-sell of TPP/bank products - Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensure deepening of their wallet share and portfolio with the bank - Establish relationship with customers and build a rapport. - Be a financial advisor to customer, related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions. - Maintain highest order of honesty, transparency and integrity in all actions. - Sales and Sale’s Process - Achieve the assigned targets set in terms of product mix. - Achieve “best in class” productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process. - Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets. - Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals. - Ensure client coverage and client meetings per day as per the benchmark set by the bank - Regularly update the Daily Sales Report - Integration Management - Manage the customer transition with utmost sensitivity. - Continuously gain awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention. - Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. - Any suspicious transaction must be immediately reported to the supervising officer. - Qualify Mandatory Certifications within the probation period: - AMFI - Association of Mutual Funds in India - IRDAI - Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India - Educational Qualification: PGDM/ MBA/ MMS or equivalent PG degree with exposure to financial/ mgmt. subjects
