Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Senior Project Manager to join our early stage team and lead interior projects end-to-end. This is a startup role where you will initially operate hands-on, directly managing sites, vendors, and execution. As projects scale, you will play a key role in building and leading a team under you. You will have strong decision-making authority, work closely with the founder, and directly impact project delivery, vendor ecosystem, and execution standards. Job Location: Delhi/NCR (Include managing sites across Gurgaon, Noida, and the rest of the NCR area) What You Will Own 1. End-to-End Project Delivery - Full ownership from site validation to final handover - Ensure timelines, quality, and budget adherence across projects - Act as the single point of accountability for execution 2. Technical Validation & Drawings - Independently conduct site measurements and validations - Prepare/review GFC and working drawings with execution clarity - Identify and resolve design/structural/service issues upfront 3. Site Execution & Coordination - Drive day-to-day site execution across trades - Ensure zero downtime through proactive planning and coordination - Resolve on-site issues swiftly between vendors and design team - Enforce strict adherence to drawings and specifications 4. Vendor & Market Management - Manage and drive performance of contractors and vendors - Identify and onboard new vendors as required - Build a strong, reliable execution ecosystem 5. Materials & Procurement - Source and finalize materials aligned with design and budget - Ensure timely procurement and delivery to site - Maintain strict quality checks against approved samples 6. Costing & Commercials - Prepare BOQs and validate project costing - Negotiate and evaluate vendor quotes - Track project costs and flag deviations early - Support the founder/design team during sales meetings when required. 7.
