● Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision, and Goals ● Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company ● Understanding the needs of the brand ● Setting realistic goals for the campaign ● Ideation to Execution of the campaign with credible Creators ● Looking at Data and consumer insights in parallel ● Follow and enforce ESSC's policies and good practices with your team ● Ensure 100% client retention ● Create quarterly roadmaps ● Execute the approved roadmaps ● Track new/upcoming SME, Creators, etc ● Meet Talent Agencies once a month ● Identify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends ● Trend forecasting ● Event Reports ● Negotiations ● Timely Invoicing & Payouts to be maintained ● Contracts to be signed & all other paperwork to be maintained ● Demarcate lists based on Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha(if needed), Buzz, Brand Building, Sales ● Maintain a resource bank of Talent Agencies. Stylist & like ● Build relationships to secure better rates ● Maintain weekly/daily database of new influencers Working Days - Mon to Fri, last Saturday working Working Hours - 9:30am - 6pm Location - Delhi/Mumbai
