Hiring: 3D Designer | Virtual Garment Prototyping Specialist Company: Pratibha Syntex Limited Location: Pithampur, Dhar Department: Business Development / Marketing Reporting To: Business Head ________________________________________ About the Role Pratibha Syntex Limited is looking for a 3D Designer & AI Virtual Garment Prototyping Specialist to support our transition toward a virtual-first, on-demand production model. This role is ideal for someone who can transform digital concepts into production-ready garments with high accuracy and speed. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities - 3D Design & Simulation: Create high-quality 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D / Style3D. - AI Integration: Utilize tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion to develop prints, silhouettes, and color variations. - Digital Asset Management: Build and manage a digital fabric library and generate photorealistic renders for e-commerce and presentations. - Tech Pack Development: Prepare complete digital tech packs including BOM, construction details, and patterns. - Pattern Engineering: Ensure precision in fit, grading, and garment construction for seamless physical production. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in 3D garment design software (mandatory). - Strong expertise in CLO 3D / Style3D. - Practical experience with Generative AI tools and fabric digitization. - Solid knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and drafting. - Ability to manage high-volume design output in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ________________________________________ Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: o Fashion Design o Apparel Production o Fashion Technology o Textile Design - Additional certification in 3D design software (CLO 3D / Style3D) or Digital Fashion will be an advantage.
