About the Role We are looking for a Client Solutions Executive to support our business through strong client interactions, structured pre-sales support, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. This role involves pitches, proposals, lead management, and execution alignment. Key Responsibilities - Participate in client pitches, presentations, and meetings - Present services and solutions to prospective and existing clients - Draft and manage professional client emails, follow-ups, and updates Pre-Sales & Proposals: - Review client briefs and understand business requirements - Suggest solutions, scope of work, and service combinations - Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and commercials - Support the pre-sales process from enquiry to closure Lead & Data Management: - Maintain and update lead data, pitch status, and client interactions - Track enquiries, follow-ups, proposals shared, and deal progress Internal Coordination & Execution: - Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and operations teams to check feasibility - Align timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Ensure accurate briefing and handover from pre-sales to execution teams - Track project progress and flag risks proactively
