Website: Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 1 / Level 2 production support for applications deployed at customer sites - Monitor production systems and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve incidents - Perform root cause analysis and assist in permanent fix implementation for recurring issues - Execute shell scripts and SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and operational tasks - Support Oracle database-related activities, including basic performance checks and issue resolution - Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and client teams for issue resolution and change deployments - Ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with SLA and operational commitments - Participate in change management, planned activities, and production releases - Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and status reports - Provide on-call and remote support and willingness to work in night shifts Mandatory Skills: - Good knowledge of Unix/Linux - Shell scripting - Oracle database - Experience in handling production environments - Good debugging and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalent
