Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities - Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, outbound calls, emails, and online platforms - Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to achieve admission targets - Guide students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in CRM systems - Build & Maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for lead generation - Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission operations - Achieve monthly and annual admission targets assigned by the management - Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout the admission cycle Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong counseling and sales ability - Target-oriented and result-driven approach - Basic computer and CRM knowledge - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
