About the Role: Aditya Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee and streamline operations for our confectionery brand. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across functions, managing administrative processes, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements - Coordinate and conduct franchise meetings and discussions - Manage onboarding of new clients and business partners - Oversee product dispatch and ensure timely delivery to outlets - Supervise and monitor AFE and ASM teams - Review reports, track performance, and assess team profiles - Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth workflow - Ensure overall administrative efficiency and structured operations Key Requirements: - Proven experience in administration and operations management - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze reports and drive team performance - Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or similar industry preferred What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic brand - Collaborative and performance-driven work environment - Career growth and leadership exposure
