Job Description – Project Manager (Cleanroom / MEP / Advanced Facilities) Location: Jagiroad, Assam, India Experience: 20+ Years Industry: Semiconductor, Cleanroom EPC, High-Tech Manufacturing Note: Need to have 10+ years in the Semiconductor industry and 10 + years of Overseas experience. Role Overview The Project Manager will lead end to end execution of advanced facility engineering projects including cleanrooms, MEP systems, HVAC, utilities, and high tech industrial infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, execution, commissioning, stakeholder communication, and ensuring all systems meet technical and operational performance standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management • Lead full lifecycle execution of EPC projects involving MEP, HVAC, utilities, and cleanroom systems. • Prepare project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Drive on-site construction oversight, installation quality, and milestone achievement. • Ensure adherence to design requirements, standards, and operational criteria. Technical Expertise • Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, QA/QC plans. • Guide installation and integration of HVAC, cleanrooms (Class 1k/10k), power systems, substations (up to 220 kV), process gases, PCW, vacuum systems, and exhaust systems. • Lead testing, commissioning, validation, and handover activities. Stakeholder Coordination • Act as primary contact with clients, consultants, and contractors. • Lead coordination meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage project communications. • Ensure smooth interface across engineering, construction, quality, and safety teams. Cost, Quality & Safety • Manage project cost control, budgeting, and risk mitigation. • Enforce QA/QC compliance and ensure timely project delivery. • Ensure safety standards, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Capabilities • Strong expertise in Cleanroom EPC, Advanced HVAC, MEP & Utilities. • Semiconductor FAB and hightech facility project experience. • Excellent planning, scheduling, and contract management capabilities. • Strong leadership and ability to manage large on-site teams. • Experience with commissioning and system performance verification.
