Job Description

Job Purpose : Identifying the prospective clients, generating business from the new & existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth; developing channel partners for achieving business volumes. Responsibilities - Dealer & Network Management - Manage and grow the existing dealer network and to Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers within the assigned territory - Ensure consistent business generation from new and existing accounts - Sales & Business Development - Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives and generate orders from dealers aligned with monthly and annual targets - Improve weighted reach, numeric reach, and CCD reach in the territory - Financial & Account Management - Ensure timely collection of payments, reduce outstanding receivables - Ensure timely issuance and closure of credit notes, maintain transparent and accurate dealer accounts - Market Activation & Visibility - Execute field development activities such as : New signboard installations, painter meets and dealer meets - Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising at dealer counters - Trade & Influencer Engagement - Conduct regular meetings with, painters, contractors, architects, housing societies - Brief dealers on new schemes, promotions, and focus products - Systems & Reporting - Accurately update - Daily sales reports - Beat plans - CRM entries - Ensure system compliance and process hygiene Qualifications - Education: / B.Tech / MBA - Experience: 2–6 years - Dealer Management - Dealership Handling - Channel Sales / Trade Marketing (preferred) Required Skills - Strategic Thinking - Ability to understand the market environment and translate insights into actionable sales strategies while managing risks effectively. - Execution Excellence - Strong planning and execution skills with a balance between goal achievement and process discipline. - Innovation‑Led Change - Ability to leverage innovation to gain competitive advantage and drive change. - Building High‑Performance Teams - Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. - Partnership Building - Strong relationship management skills with dealers, influencers, and internal teams. - Business Acumen / Entrepreneurial Mindset - Ownership-driven approach with strong techno‑commercial understanding and decision‑making capability.
