1. Oversee wind farm construction, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards and timelines. 2. Lead daily O&M activities, including formulating plans, scheduling inspections, maintenance and repairs of wind turbines and related equipment. 3. Ensure HSE compliance, conduct safety briefings and inspections to maintain a zero-accident site. 4. Manage on-site team, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and control on-site budget. 5. Monitor wind farm performance, optimize efficiency, ensure compliance with local regulations, and submit regular reports.
