Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for the positions of Commi 2 and Commi 3. The primary responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing and cooking food items as per standard recipes, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role also involves ensuring proper inventory management of ingredients, following food safety protocols, and supporting senior chefs in executing quality meals while learning and improving culinary skills in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications - Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - Ability to collaborate in a professional kitchen environment and follow recipes - Strong organizational and time management skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and cuisines - Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred - A culinary certification or diploma is an advantage - Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards in meal preparation
