We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused HR Manager to strengthen organizational capability, talent management, and performance culture aligned with our rapid growth and innovation goals. Role Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and organizational development. The role requires strong exposure to technical workforce management within manufacturing or technology-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. • Develop hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth plans. • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. • Build talent pipelines for engineering, technical, and project-based roles. HR Operations & Policy Management • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs. • Handle employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). • Maintain employee records and HRMIS systems. • Ensure structured onboarding and induction programs. Performance Management • Design and implement KPI/KRA-based performance systems. • Conduct performance reviews and appraisal cycles. • Align performance metrics with business goals. • Support leadership in productivity and performance improvement initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. • Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture. • Strengthen internal communication and organizational alignment. Compliance & Statutory Management • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave policies. • Handle audits and documentation related to HR compliance. Learning & Development • Identify skill gaps and training requirements. • Develop leadership and technical capability programs. • Promote continuous learning culture. Strategic HR Contribution • Support organizational restructuring and growth initiatives. • Develop HR dashboards and reporting metrics. • Act as a strategic partner to leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience Requirements • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience. • Minimum 2–3 years in HR leadership or managerial role. • Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, engineering, or technology organizations preferred. • Experience managing technical workforce and plant/project teams is an advantage.
