Role Description CP Sales & Direct Sales This is a full-time, on-site role for a CP Sales & Direct Sales professional. - Senior Executive / Asst. Manager with 6 - 7 yrs exposure in Real Estate (Developer House) - The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. - Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and providing client training wherever required. - The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients and developing tailored strategies to meet their real estate needs. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Strong Sales and Customer Satisfaction abilities - Experience in conducting Training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and team members. - Prior experience in the real estate industry is a required - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
