Company Description The Palladian House is a reputed 25-year-old ICSE-affiliated English medium residential school located in Barwaha, approximately 60 km from Indore. The school offers classes from Nursery to Grade 12 and follows a high academic standard, using premium publications such as Pearson, Oxford, and Goyal. Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher for a full-time, on-site role. The position involves managing day-to-day teaching responsibilities for pre-primary classes in a residential school environment. The focus is on high-quality teaching and child development, not clerical work. Key Responsibilities - Conduct engaging and activity-based classroom teaching for pre-primary students - Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with the curriculum - Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and play-based learning - Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment - Monitor and support each child’s emotional, social, and academic development - Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress - Manage a small batch size of approximately 20 students Required Skills - Strong fluency in English (mandatory) - Good understanding of phonetics and early childhood education - Effective classroom management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based learning - High level of patience, empathy, and passion for teaching young children Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) - Preferred: NTT / D.El.Ed / ECCE certification - Prior teaching experience in pre-primary classes is an advantage
