Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real EstateLocation: Bangalore Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Mandatory) Department: Sales Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, pitching properties, and driving site visit conversions while ensuring a smooth customer journey.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leadsExplain property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans over callsConvince and schedule site visits for potential customersFollow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversionsMaintain and update lead data in CRM systemsBuild strong relationships with prospective and existing clientsCoordinate with sales and site teams for visit scheduling and closuresAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targetsAddress customer queries and provide accurate informationEnsure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the field sales teamRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate telesalesExcellent communication and persuasion skillsStrong follow-up and lead conversion abilityBasic understanding of real estate projects and terminologyComfortable with CRM tools and calling systemsTarget-oriented with a go-getter attitudeAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesGood to Have:Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate marketExperience in high-volume calling and lead generation
