About the Role Subhag HealthTech, a leading Indian health-tech innovator in fertility care, is hiring a high-performing Head of Sales for our flagship infertility product AndroWash — a clinically trusted solution for male fertility management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at institutional sales closures, and is passionate about building scalable, recurring revenue systems. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales and revenue growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Lead and mentor a team of field executives across Kolkata and nearby regions. - Identify and convert institutional clients (hospitals, fertility clinics, and diagnostic labs). - Drive strong relationships with gynecologists and fertility specialists to ensure repeat business. - Plan, negotiate, and close large-value institutional deals. - Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and competitor insights to optimize strategies. - Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for growth alignment. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales. - Proven success in institutional sales closures and achieving recurring revenue goals. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience in B2B sales and key account management preferred. - Ability to execute both strategy and field operations efficiently. - Male/Female candidates welcome.
