Job Description

Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows for complex business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, ensuring that automation solutions align with organizational objectives. Provide technical leadership to junior developers and team members, guiding them in the development and deployment of automation solutions. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance automation capabilities. Lead the design of automation processes, ensuring efficiency and performance improvements. Develop standards, best practices, and reusable components for automation workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of automated solutions. Oversee the testing and validation process to ensure solutions meet business objectives and are of high quality. Lead the migration of workflows from other RPA tools to Power Automate Required Experience & Skills:Minimum of 8+ years in the IT industry and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the RPA domain, with at least 3 years of experience in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows. Advanced expertise in Power Automate; knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism is beneficial. Deep experience in architecting Attended and Unattended automation solutions. Deep knowledge on governance, administration and monitoring of Power Platform solutions and familiarity with tools like COE starter Kit and Automation toolkit Proven experience in defining and implementing solution designs that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience in solutioning, estimation, scheduling, and resource planning for large automation projects.
