AventIQ is committed to innovation and excellence in technology solutions to empower our global clientele.Role DescriptionAventIQ is seeking an experienced NLP Engineer / LLM Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi. This position involves building, deploying, and optimizing NLP models, as well as working on large language models (LLMs) to solve complex problems. Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning machine learning and deep learning algorithms, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and deploying models in real-world applications. The role offers flexibility for some remote work while being based in close proximity to the New Delhi office.QualificationsStrong expertise in NLP, including text preprocessing, tokenization, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and training data-intensive systems.Practical knowledge of programming languages such as Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.Ability to deploy, optimize, and monitor NLP and deep learning models in production environments.Familiarity with leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model training and deployment.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world problems.Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
