Client Onboarding & AdoptionLead onboarding, implementation, and POCs for enterprise clientsGuide clients on product workflows, API integrations, and best practicesBuild deep product and technical understanding2. Account Management & RelationshipsAct as the primary point of contact for clientsManage CXO-level relationships across product, risk, and compliance teamsTrack adoption, usage, and engagement health3. Revenue GrowthIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (KYC, AML, Fraud, Risk APIs)Drive renewals and commercial discussionsMaintain accurate CRM tracking4. Insights & PerformanceAnalyze client KPIs and product usageDeliver business reviews and executive summariesProvide feedback to product teams for enhancements5.
