Role: Multi-Property Training ManagerLocation: Delhi NCRRole Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead training and talent development initiatives across three of our hotel properties in the NCR region. The role will be responsible for designing and executing impactful learning strategies, enhancing employee capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous development across all locations.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive learning & development strategies aligned with business goalsIdentify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder collaborationDevelop and deliver engaging training programs (leadership, soft skills, technical, etc.)Manage LMS platforms and track learning effectiveness through data and analyticsPartner with leadership to build talent development and succession plansDrive a culture of continuous learning and professional growthRequirements:Proven experience in L&D, Training, or Talent Development roles within hospitality spaceShould be open to travel across the hotels under purviewStrong instructional design and facilitation skillsExperience with LMS tools and e-learning platforms is preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to translate business needs into learning solutionsStrong hotel operations knowledge
