This role is the critical link between our engineering squad and our client stakeholders.Technical Architect & Authority: Act as the final /"Technical Sign-off/" for all architectural changes, ensuring that maintenance fixes do not compromise the long-term scalability or security of the client platforms.Architectural Oversight: You will review pull requests and design changes to ensure they do not introduce technical debt or compromise system security and performance.Engineering Quality Advocate: Active participant & hands-on involvement in Sprints with the technical authority to review test-cases and conduct functional QA; ensures all deliverables meet the /"Definition of Done/" (DoD) before handoff to the client’s Release Authorities.System Visionary: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by designing roadmaps for refactoring technical debt and modernizing legacy components.SLA Champion: You are responsible for the relentless pursuit of meeting and exceeding P1–P4 response and resolution targets.Agile Leader: You will manage the flow of work, ensuring the team balances urgent /"Break-fix/" incidents with proactive /"Maintenance User Stories/" and technical debt refactoring.Strategic Shield: You will act as the primary buffer for the engineering team, managing client expectations and ensuring the team remains focused on high-value delivery.Problem-Solver: You must be able to think critically and respond calmly during high-pressure system outages or major incident bridges with a complete sense of ownership.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery & Governance:Architectural Governance: Lead the /"Architecture Review/" for all enhancements and bug fixes to ensure cross-stack consistency.Advanced Code Review: Conduct high-level reviews of critical pull requests, focusing on system performance, security (OWASP), and adherence to the /"Definition of Done/".Cloud Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the AWS environment architecture, ensuring cost-optimization, disaster recovery readiness, and secure CI/CD pipelines.Establish and lead all governance cadences: Daily Stand-ups, Follow all Sprint ceremonies, Weekly/Monthly/quarterly Service Reviews, and Monthly Steering Committees.Manage the end-to-end ticket lifecycle, ensuring accurate categorization, prioritization, and documentation.Oversee the Stabilization Period and ensure a smooth transition from Knowledge Transfer to full Primary responsibility.Coordinate with the client’s Release Authorities (Product Owners) to secure final approvals for production deployments.Ensure delivery of bug-free code.Performance & Quality Management:Define the /"Definition of Ready/" (DoR) and /"Definition of Done/" (DoD) from a technical perspective, including automated security scanning and performance benchmarking.Oversee the integration of 3rd party APIs and services, ensuring robust error handling and data integrity across the platform.Monitor and report on core AMS metrics: MTTR, First-Time Fix Rate, First Call Resolution, and Backlog Health.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all P1/P2 incidents within stipulated time-frame and ensure remediation steps are implemented in the code.Manage resource allocation across the React JS, React Native + Ruby and Angular, Capacitor + Java/Kotlin pods to prevent bottlenecks.Client & Risk Management:Maintain the project RAID Log, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to environment access or third-party dependencies.Act as the first point of escalation for the client regarding service quality or delivery timelines.Manage onboarding/offboarding for the WGS2D squad and ensure all team members have necessary VPN and Repo access.Required Qualifications & Experience (startup / cloud-first environments is a plus):· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Must have spent at least 3-5 years as a Technical Architect or Lead Developer before transitioning into Delivery Management.· Deep understanding of React JS, React Native + Ruby architectures and Angular, Capacitor + Java/Kotlin architectures;
