Job Purpose To efficiently manage store operations, inventory control, and material handling within a paper manufacturing environment, while ensuring accurate data reporting, MIS preparation, and analytical insights using advanced MS Office tools (especially Excel). The role also involves maintaining data integrity in SAP, generating actionable reports, and supporting management decision-making through effective analysis of inventory and store-related data to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels at all times. - Prepare and manage MIS reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in the SAP system. - Monitor stock movements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. - Implement and maintain store management best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for smooth material and documentation flow. - Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits. - Analyze consumption patterns and provide insights for inventory optimization and cost control. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements. - Lead and manage store personnel to ensure discipline and productivity. Required Qualifications & Experience - 10-15 years of experience in store management. - Mandatory experience in the paper manufacturing industry. - Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (MM module preferred). - Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Graduate in any discipline.
