We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires hands-on experience in statutory compliances such as TDS, ISD, PF, ESI, along with strong skills in reconciliation, daily financial checks, Zoho Books/Zoho Expense handling, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities 1. Statutory Compliance & Deductions - Handle TDS calculations, deductions and monthly filings. - Prepare and maintain TDS working sheets and coordinate for quarterly returns (Form 24Q, 26Q). - Ensure accurate PF & ESI deductions, challan preparation and timely payment. - Support in monthly ISD (Input Service Distributor) working and allocation of GST credits where applicable. - Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines. 2. Accounting & Daily Operations - Perform daily accounting checks, data validation and posting of routine entries. - Manage vendor invoices, employee reimbursements and basic bookkeeping tasks. - Handle accounting entries and verification through Zoho Books / Zoho Expense / Zoho Finance Suite. - Verify, process and reconcile payments, receipts and petty cash transactions. - Assist in month-end accounting closure. 3. Reconciliation - Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis. - Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers, identify discrepancies and follow up for resolutions. - Reconcile statutory accounts such as TDS, PF, ESI, and GST-related ledgers. 4. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain organized and updated records of invoices, payments, statutory documents and audit files. - Prepare periodic reports and MIS as required by the finance team. - Support in internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation. 5. Coordination & Support - Coordinate with vendors, employees, finance teams and statutory authorities as required. - Assist the Accounts Manager in day-to-day processes and any additional tasks assigned. Qualifications & Skills - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce () or related field. - 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance. - Practical knowledge of TDS, ISD, PF, ESI and reconciliation processes. - Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Finance modules is preferred. - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting ERP systems. - Prior work experience in an agency, corporate finance department or similar setup. - Exposure to GST workings, basic tax understanding and audit support. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Good communication and coordination skills.
