We have delivered many successful projects, won major industry awards, and continue to grow by implementing advanced supply chain solutions for our customers. *Position Overview* We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relex Solution Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand business challenges and design solutions that improve supply chain performance. *Key Resposibilities:* - Engage with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges - Lead discovery meetings to identify pain points and gather detailed requirements - Present customized Relex solutions based on client needs - Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions using Relex - Prepare proposals, workflows, and use-case demonstrations - Coordinate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility - Configure and customize Relex as per project scope - Guide best practices during implementation - Act as a subject matter expert during sales and delivery cycles - Support sales teams with technical insights during pre-sales discussions - Deliver product demos and proof-of-concept sessions - Prepare RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical information - Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure progress and clarity - Provide training and post-implementation support to clients - Gather feedback to improve processes and future implementations *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Relex (implementation, configuration, or solution design) - Good understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook *What We Offer.* - Competitive salary + performance bonuses - Flexible work mode (Remote / Hybrid / Office) - Special training programs for skill development - Positive, supportive, and innovative work environment *Why Join Us:* - Kinaxis Platinum Partner for Kinexions-2025. - Awarded ‘Most Value-Added Reseller’ by Kinexions. - Scottsheldon Part of Argo & Co - Successfully completed numerous global projects - Hands-on experience with real-world supply chain challenges and solutions. - Collaborative and supportive work environment. - Career growth and advancement opportunities.
